Samantha's STORY
I’m Samantha Van Ginneken, founder of LifeCandy Wellness. My background is in medicine — I earned my Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies in the United States and spent more than 15 years working in primary care. Over time, I became increasingly interested in whole-person wellness and the everyday factors that shape how people feel, function, and care for their health.
After years in clinical practice, I started learning more about functional medicine and began shifting toward a different kind of work: helping people understand health information in a way that feels practical, supportive, and less overwhelming. LifeCandy Wellness grew out of that transition.
I created LifeCandy Wellness for people who want to feel more informed and more grounded in their wellness decisions, without feeling pressured to chase perfection. Real life is busy, messy, and full. I believe wellness should fit into that reality — not require people to completely overhaul their lives overnight.
My approach is centered on small, sustainable shifts that can make a meaningful difference over time. Whether I’m creating educational guides, wellness resources, or supportive coaching-style reviews, my goal is to make health information feel clearer, more approachable, and easier to act on.
LifeCandy Wellness is not about quick fixes or rigid rules. It’s about helping you build understanding, notice what supports your body, and take next steps that feel realistic for your season of life.
